Adult Ministries
Adult Bible Fellowship (ABF ) - Sunday mornings, 9-10 a.m.
Various classes for adults meet during the children's Sunday School hour. Committed to the study of God's Word, with an emphasis on application to everyday life, expect instruction that is true to the Bible and relevant to today's issues. Ample time is allowed for discussion. Contact the church office for current class content.
Small Groups:
Several small groups meet throughout the week for the purpose of building community in the church body. These groups are designed to provide an environment where people can experience God's love and grow together through authentic sharing, prayer, scripture study, and purposeful fellowship. Women's Bible Studies:
* A twice-monthly evening group meets at a home on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month, beginning September 16th. We will begin Ancient Wisdom for a Postmodern World.
Women's Upcoming Outings:
Events such as Women's Night Out, shopping trips. etc. are occasionally planned for the purpose of fun and fellowship.
Men's Prayer Group:
Meets every Wednesday morning at the church at 6:00am. It's a time to pray for our church, church family and our nation.
Men's Groups:
* Men's Discipleship Group meets on alternating Thursdays from 6:30-7:30 a.m. at the church.
* Men's Prayer Breakfast: Saturday, September 25th. Once a month on Saturday morning from 8:00-9:00 a.m., men meet at a local restaurant for a hearty breakfast, encouragement and fellowship. Meeting dates and locations are available on our website calendar.
* Other outings and events such as Dad-Kids Bunko nights, Steak Dinners and Golf Tournaments are organized at various times throughout the year. Check the website calendar for these listings.
Miscellaneous Events:
* youturn Cafe' - Will return soon. Join us for wonderful food and fellowship. We are raising funds for our youth ministries. A fee will not be charged, but donations are most welcome.
* Annual Church Thanksgiving Dinner - Held in November (actual date will be updated soon). A time to give thanks and to enjoy delicious traditional Thanksgiving food. Another great opportunity to invite your unchurched family, friends, and co-workers. Contact the church for more information , 523-3738.
